Welcome to DP Valet Service's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Additional charges may apply for reasons such as excessive dog hair, stains, sick, blood and large areas of dirt. 

  2. You need to book an appointment at least 12 hours in advance. This helps us serve you better.

  3. Please remove personal items from your car before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost items.

  4. We need access to your vehicle at the agreed time and location. Any delay may affect the service quality.

  5. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash ,bank tranfers and can do invoices. 

  6. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations will incur a fee of £25. 

  7. We strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we will solve the issue free of charge. 

  8. By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Your satisfaction is our priority.
